3. LEGAL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT

Your use of the Bot complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

4. WALLET OWNERSHIP AND PRIVATE KEYS

YOU RETAIN FULL OWNERSHIP of all wallets generated through or connected to the Bot
AG DOES NOT STORE, ACCESS, OR RETAIN YOUR PRIVATE KEYS at any time
All wallets are generated ON YOUR BEHALF and remain under your exclusive control
AG DOES NOT HOLD, CUSTODY, OR DETAIN YOUR ASSETS in any capacity
You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet access
LOSS OF PRIVATE KEYS WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT LOSS OF FUNDS - AG cannot recover lost keys
5. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS AND RISKS
You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
The Bot may experience technical failures, bugs, or downtime
Blockchain networks may be congested, causing delays or failed transactions
Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities or behave unexpectedly
Market conditions can change rapidly, affecting trade execution
Third-party services integrated with the Bot may fail or become unavailable

9. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
No professional relationship (fiduciary, advisory, or otherwise) is created between you and AG through your use of the Bot. AG is merely providing a technological tool for your independent use.
10. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AG'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $1 USD for any claims arising from your use of the Bot, regardless of the theory of liability.

AG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. TERMINATION
AG may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
