Garden Roadmap v1 - What we already accomplished

✅ Phase 0 - buying terrain for the Garden aka creating our Discord (March 2022) ✅ Phase 1 - planting seeds on our ETH field (April 2022) - development and deployment of our first bot channels #eth-buys and #eth-mints ✅ Phase 2 - making use of smart gardening on ETH (May 2022) - development and deployment of first #eth-flipper-sim as an experimental simulation on how to generate (daily) passive income by utilizing a low-risk flipping strategy based on smart-money movements. ✅ Phase 3 - extending our ETH field (May 2022) - development and deployment of #eth-monitor - one channel to rule them all (for mints, sales, buys and sweeps) grouped by collection - 24/7 tracking mints/buys/sales of icy.tools "High ROI Flipper" wallets - insights about avg. buy, avg. sale price, no. of wallets, total buys, total mints, total sales - different alert colours depending on type of alert - auto-update of ENS names per wallet & collection meta data ✅ Phase 4 - planting first seeds on our Solana field (June 2022) - development and deployment of #sol-monitor - as an additional feature compared to the ETH bot, we implemented a third layer which is called the influencer layer. Instead of wallets we are counting influencers. ✅ Phase 5 - extending our Solana fields (June 2022) - created a dedicated #sol-buys channel with the same workflow as #eth-buys to just show the number of influencers on a collection. This will give us more condensed signals on hyped collections. ✅ Phase 6 - making harvesting simple (July 2022) - added auto role pings to our bot channels - react for your role and get instant pings whenever something important is happening ✅ Phase 7 - improving smart gardening for ETH aka introducing Alpha Score (July 2022) - deployed the first version of our new #eth-flipper-sim based on our own Alpha Score system - added role for auto pings on bot trades. ✅ Phase 8 - playing it safe in the Garden (July 2022) - added SL system to our #eth-flipper ✅ Phase 9 - boosting our fields (August 2022) - added #sol-mints channel for detecting mints on Solana - added #eth-outliers channel for detecting outliers on our smart money collections - added new workflow on #sol-mints #sol-buys for more efficient alert pings based on a 14 days alert threshold ✅ Phase 10 - added subscription model for our customers which don't have NFT (September 2022) - added subscription model for DAO/integrations - deployed #sol-flipper-simulation based on our own Alpha Score system - added #traiding-field with trading bot + roles (SOL,ETH, BTC) - deployed #eth-analytics bot for overall stats of exact projects - charity raffle - revenue Share ✅ Phase 11 - found specialist for crypto trading - implemented #sol-arbitrage + sol-liquidations

✅ Alpha Score system for Solana (Influencers vs Alpha Callers vs Whales) - our own development that works successfully for ETH will be improved and added for SOL. Incorporating an additional comparison system that checks performance and patterns of influencers vs. alpha callers vs. whales. ✅ Flipper bot for Solana - proven in business #eth-flipper-sim generating (daily) passive income with low-risk flips algorithm will be adapted to SOL. ✅Auto alert pings for ETH outliers - we are currently doing some test runs on the sweet spots for outlier alerts. Once we have more data we will add react roles for getting alpha pings for that as well. ✅ Alert threshold for ETH bots - the recent workflow change to our Solana alerts, making use of a 14 days alert threshold boosted the quality of our alpha calls. We are planning to deploy this system to our ETH bots as well. ✅ Extending Alpha Score system on ETH - currently the Alpha Score system on ETH is being used for rating the success of a wallet for our trading strategy. You can see the total Alpha Score per alert and right next to the wallet/ens name. We are planning to extend this feature in several ways: use it as smart bot triggers, add roles react for auto pings and much more.
